Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This policy explains when and how returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted so the process is smooth and fair for everyone.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking confirmation. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

In original condition with all original tags attached

Returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or receipt
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Return Options
- Prefer store credit? We’ll give you more than your refund to use on anything in our store.
- Get your money back once we receive your return, minus an $11 return shipping fee.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for an $11 return shipping costs, except in cases where we made an error (such as sending the wrong or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Please be sure to use this label and ship your package with tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

Gift cards

Items damaged due to improper use, care, or normal wear
How to Start a Return (Authorization Required)
All returns must be approved before sending items back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds apply to the item purchase price only and do not include original or return shipping charges.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return eligibility requirements.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested exchange is unavailable, you may choose either a refund or store credit. Store credit includes a bonus value.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at caleb.johnson@crzelomari.com with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
We work quickly to get your order processed and shipped, so please review the information below carefully.
🕒 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled as a return once delivered.
