We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This policy explains when and how returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted so the process is smooth and fair for everyone.


Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking confirmation. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • In original condition with all original tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or receipt

Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined.


Return Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. For returns, a flat $11 return handling and restocking fee will be applied to cover return shipping and processing. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Prefer store credit? Receive the full amount back with no return fee deducted.

Return fees are waived in the event of an error on our part, including incorrect or defective items.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. Please use the provided label, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to improper use, care, or normal wear


How to Start a Return (Authorization Required)

All returns must be approved before sending items back.

To request a return, please email caleb.johnson@crzelomari.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

To uphold our standard of complimentary shipping on all orders, an $11 return handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds apply to the item purchase price only, less the return handling fee.

Prefer store credit? Receive the full amount back with no return fee deducted.

We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.


Exchanges

Love it, but need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges—your replacement will be shipped as soon as your return is received. Subject to item(s) availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at caleb.johnson@crzelomari.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

We work quickly to get your order processed and shipped, so please review the information below carefully.

🕒 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled as a return once delivered.

International Shipping (United Kingdom)

We currently ship only to the United Kingdom using Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping.

This means:

  • All duties, taxes, and import fees are prepaid
  • No additional charges will be due upon delivery
  • Your order will arrive just like a domestic shipment

All UK orders include tracked shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and customs processing.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
